I'm from a planet called Palaven. Trebia system in the Apien Crest of the Milky Way Galaxy. Which I'm going to wager a guess doesn't mean a whole lot to you. But, to most humans, I'm "from space." I'm an "alien," and my reality is really grim with a lot of big guns.
Unless it's somewhere in the very far reaches of the Outer Rim, probably not. But, who knows? It might actually be all the way out there. Might have even escaped the Reapers' notice.
No one's told you about them, yet? It's about all we could talk about in the end...
To shorten the story, they're an ancient race of machines that have brought it upon themselves to "save" everyone by culling civilizations in cycles when they get too advanced.
