• mana is coming back and my head is hurting less
  
• yes, getting hit in the chest by a force bolt as a method of demon detection hurts about as much as you'd expect
  
• now that thinking seems to be an option I'll have to do some of that
  
• they think it followed me here, or I brought it with me
  
• and now I'm sitting alone in a bedroom that was definitely designed to house an Orlesian dignitary
  
• Envy is possibly still stalking me and there are fat gilded babies laughing at me from the headboard
  
• we have to get out of here and not just to get away from gaudy bedsteads
  
• but where will we go if we do manage to escape? I can't send Cullen back to that fate. It might simply be death any way we cut it
  
• and the headache is back again
  

I'm given to understand there may be another "Herald" here, with a mark like my own? I am curious to see what sorts of effects they have on whatever passes for the Veil here, but I feel as if just waving them around willy nilly wouldn't be responsible. Thoughts? Observations? Gibbering fear at the very idea?

Lass, you really know how to be optimistic, don't you?

Besides, Herald of Andraste or not, I guess we can still be uppity mages with glowing hands, one thing does not necessarily nulls the other. And, if unraveling this particular reality means we can go home, I'm all for it.
