Something has gone wrong with the Eluvian and Cullen was trapped... elsewhere for several weeks. He is suffering from dehydration and starvation, and he has refused my assistance beyond a Rejuvenation potion. He has agreed to accept healing from you, however.
I am escorting him to the dungeons, as he is attempting to get a handle on the situation with Meredith.

He is nearly falling down, but I'd rather not waste his strength fighting about it now.
