RP: Open (Some NSFW smuttiness later on)

Alistair awoke in what appeared to be a stable, one that still smelled faintly of Mabari. And horse, of course, but that was more expected. He was also being poked in the bare back by itchy prickly straw. He jumped to his feet.

"Well, this is...horrifyingly familiar. Next I'll be swarmed by a large group of hounds, just you wait."

He did. Wait, that is. Nothing happened.

"O-okay then, maybe not. I haven't regressed to ten years old, have I?" He poked his own cheek, which was still fairly bristly, and glanced down at himself, half-clothed as he was in just the trousers he'd worn to sleep in. "Nope, never mind, still myself. How peculiar. I haven't dreamt of Redcliffe in years, but then this doesn't look much like Redcliffe, does it? It smells like Redcliffe. Hrm."

He wrinkled his nose and headed out of the stable, into what sort of looked like daylight, accidentally kicking some kind of book halfway across the stable floor as he did so. He muttered an apology to the thing and scooped it up, for lack of anything better to do with it.

It wasn't that Alistair was exactly a blushing virgin these days - blushing, on occasion, certainly, but otherwise he liked to think he had become a pretty decent lover. Certainly much better than their first fumbling attempts during the Blight, when finesse had been lost to their overwhelming desire for each other. As quietly as possible, of course, with the rest of their companions only a tent or two over.

But it had been three years of solitude and lack, three years of nights spent sweaty and wanting and alone in his sheets. Alistair didn't have the control he once had, not now that he was inside her at last, not with his entire world reduced to the points where his skin met hers, reduced to her murmur of his name in his ear and the heat of her around him, against him.

Alistair wrapped his arms around her waist and held her as close as he dared, turning his head slightly to kiss her chin, the edge of her jaw, the side of her neck, and then the pressure at the base of his spine was building, and the drag of her breasts against his chest was impossibly distracting and Maker he - he couldn't...

"Fuck," he moaned, vision going white around the edges, hips stuttering.

Neria turned her head to kiss Alistair, breaking apart to brush her nose to his in a slow, soothing pace. She smiled on his lips, before kissing him one more time.

Alistair drew in great shuddering breaths, his whole body shaking in her arms with the force of his aftershocks.

"Sorry," he mumbled when he had breath for it. "I'm - that was - wow. I'm sorry, love."

"Oh, please vhenan." She shaked her head, smiling "Too much time apart, we're just very sensitive to each other's touch. And it's nice to see I'm capable of this effect after all we have been through."

Neria lifted his chin with her index finger, kissing him.

"The 'wow' makes it totally worth."

Alistair blushed vividly.

"I have a hard time picturing the day when you don't have this effect on me," he murmured against her lips, nuzzling under her chin instead of pulling back.

"Let me..." he began, and then he rolled off her, settling in on his side beside her, and splayed one large calloused hand against her stomach. He looked back to her face and quirked an eyebrow, the question of whether or not she wanted him to continue clear in his hazel eyes.

Her breath hitched at his warm hand on her skin, the clear intent on his eyes making her shiver. She bit her lower lip and nodded, green eyes darkening again.

"By all means..." she purred
